You can also book our cleaning teams by the hour and include a list of particular tasks you would like completed within a specific time frame. We include a “special instructions” section on our booking form to add notes or additional information.

Maid Kept Maids has a cleaning checklist that your cleaning professional will follow. You can leave additional notes in your account after checkout, by contacting us, or by providing instructions during your cleaning. Our routine clean is a light clean that covers the most important areas when cleaning the home. The Routine Clean is ideal if your home has been cleaned regularly by us (or another cleaning professional). If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the last 60 days, we recommend our Deep Clean. You can always add additional tasks to any routine clean for a tailored clean or speak to our customer service team about customizing your service.
The following additional services are available if selected at checkout: Inside the fridge, inside the oven, green/eco-friendly cleaning, inside windows, basement, move-in/move out, laundry, and inside cabinets.
Note: To protect the safety of our professionals, we cannot perform the following: cleaning that requires climbing on ladders, exterior windows, mold removal, deep stain removal, insect and pest removal, cleaning pet messes, cleaning blinds, and items that require heavy lifting.

Your satisfaction is our satisfaction. If you are not happy with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean within a week of the original cleaning. Simply give us a call 404.777.KEPT or email nochores@maidkept.com and we’ll fix it. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll credit your account for another cleaning at your convenience.
Yes. All of our cleaning professionals must pass a background check. We also conduct in-person interviews, random site audits, and pre-screenings. We want to make sure we can send our people to our own grandma’s place worry-free.

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right-hand corner.
You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment.
There is no way to apply a coupon to a past appointment that is already completed.

Our service charges are a small part of the overall cost. We charge a reasonable flat fee for cleaning your property, which does not include additional costs for utilities and supplies. Our prices are based on each property’s specific needs and if you have any questions about pricing – just ask one of our friendly customer care staff.
