Pricing for Time Adjustments​

  • Urgent/ Same Day Service

    This fee applies to service requests submitted after 5 PM for next-day or same-day service. This fee covers the additional coordination required to accommodate urgent, after-hours scheduling and deliverables.

    A $25 fee applies to service requests submitted for the next day if received before the end of operational hours (5 PM). This fee ensures we can adjust our schedule and resources to accommodate your request on short notice.

    A Trip Fee will apply if our cleaning crew arrives and is unable to begin work due to any of the following: Maintenance or painting has not been completed, the unit is not in safe or workable condition, the resident has not fully moved out, etc. To avoid this fee, please ensure the property is fully prepared for cleaning prior to our arrival.

    For extreme grease or baked-on residue not removable through standard cleaning.

All individual adjustments reflect work that falls outside the standard Scope of Work. Charges are applied only when areas require additional time, labor, or materials to meet Maid Kept’s quality standards.

Pricing is per occurrence and subject to visual inspection. Property managers will be notified of any adjustments prior to service completion when possible.
