How much does house cleaning cost in Atlanta?
It depends on the home and its condition, which is why we confirm your price with
you rather than posting a number that would be wrong for most homes. A one bedroom in Midtown
and a house in Brookhaven need different work. You will have clear pricing before anything is
scheduled, and your first clean is $50 off.
Which parts of Atlanta do you serve?
Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown, Vinings and The Battery, and the surrounding Metro
Atlanta corridors including Smyrna, Marietta, Brookhaven, and Sandy Springs. If you are not
sure whether your address qualifies, ask and we will tell you honestly.
Do you clean houses, or only apartments and condos?
Both, and we do not treat one as the lesser job. Apartments and condos need
Keepers fluent in concierge access, service elevators, and building protocols. Houses need
Keepers who know square footage, stairs, and the rooms that quietly collect a season. We staff
and train for both.
Can you handle pollen season?
Yes, and we plan for it. Late March through April we shift attention to
windowsills, entryways, tracks, blinds, and baseboards, the places pollen actually settles.
Members on a weekly or every other week rhythm barely notice the season. Everyone else calls
us in April.
Will I have the same Keepers each visit?
We assign dedicated Keepers to specific territories, so most members see the same
familiar faces. We will not guarantee it, because schedules shift. When they do, a briefed team
member covers using your documented home profile, so your preferences and your standard are
always known and met.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Membership is a rhythm, not a lock-in. You can adjust your frequency or pause
with notice. What you get instead of a contract is priority scheduling and a standing
appointment you never have to think about.
