Pricing depends on the size of your home, its condition, and how often you would like us. A studio in Midtown and a penthouse in Buckhead are different homes with different needs, so we quote after a short consultation rather than publishing a single number that would be wrong for most people.
A package is one visit for one moment, such as a move-in or a guest arrival. A membership is recurring care on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule with the same Keepers and a standing appointment. Members receive a better per-visit rate than one-time service.
Yes for members. Consistency is the point of a membership, so we assign the same Keepers to your home and keep them there. They learn your preferences, your finishes, and the details that matter to you.
We serve Metro Atlanta and the surrounding neighborhoods, including Buckhead, Midtown, Atlantic Station, Old Fourth Ward, West Midtown, Downtown, and the Vinings, Smyrna, and Battery corridor in 30339. If you are nearby and do not see your neighborhood listed, ask us during your consultation.
Yes. Prepaid terms are available in three, six, and twelve month options. Prepaying locks your rate for the term, protects you from future increases, and places you first in line for scheduling. Terms are arranged during your consultation.
Maid Kept is insured, and every visit is performed by our own Keepers, who are trained to our standard and held to written confidentiality expectations. We do not subcontract your home to third parties.
