There is no universal definition of a deep clean. One home has simply fallen behind on the detail work. Another is an empty apartment being prepared for move-in. A third is fresh from a renovation, coated in fine dust. Same two words, three different jobs.
A deep clean is shaped by two things: the home itself, its bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces, and its condition, how it has been lived in, how long since its last detailed clean, pets, buildup, and use. Two homes the same size can need very different work. We scope by both.
Deep cleaning is not simply doing more. It is knowing what to look for, what caused the buildup, and how to treat it safely.

Where to begin
Most homes start in one of these three. If more than one fits, we build a plan that combines them. You are not expected to diagnose the home yourself. That is our job.
For lived-in homes that need more than routine maintenance. Expanded attention to baseboards, sills, doors and frames, fixtures, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and the areas an everyday clean overlooks.
For empty or nearly empty homes in transition. Customized around the turnover, and often including cabinet interiors, appliance interiors, closets, and windows.

A deep clean is time spent making surfaces immaculate. Sorting belongings, organizing, and clearing heavily covered surfaces is separate work that needs its own time. When surfaces are clear, your Keepers can work on them rather than around them, and you get the full value of the visit. If your home needs decluttering first, we will tell you, and we can schedule it before or alongside the clean.
